Safe Haven Mobile App includes an option to set different Ringtones for different kinds of Incindent Notifications and Messages.

Click on the "Three Line" icon that appears on the Home page of the App to access the Mobile App Menu.

Click on Settings.

On Settings, click on Notification Sounds.

You will be taken to the following Screen.

New Incidents

You can set a different Ringtone for different incidents according to their Priotity. Incidents have 5 different priority levels, where 1 is the most urgent and 5 is the lesser urgent.

Click on New Incidents and a drop down list will appear listing all 5 priorities. You can choose a different ringtone for each one of them. To choose a new Ringtone, click on the tab for each Incindent and you will be taken to a list of several different ringtones. Choose the one you like and you are all set. Do this for every Ringtone you want to change.

 

New Messages

You can set a different Ringtone for different types of New Messages as well, for example, set a unique Ringtone for Messages that are sent with High Priority. To set the Ringtones for New Messages, please click on the New Messages and a drop down menu will appear. To choose a new Ringtone, click on the tab for each Message and you will be taken to a list of several different ringtones. Choose the one you like and you are all set. Do this for every Ringtone you want to change.

You can also set distinctive Ringtones for:

  • New Incident - Snoozing Reminder
  • Incident Updated
  • Incident Closed
  • Ringtone New Message Snoozing (this is useful in cases where you received a Message while with poor wifi connection - in a tunnel for example - and this setting will send you a different Ringtone once you are with better connection. This way you will have an indication that the message is not new, but was sent before, it just didn't get to you for different reasons).
